CROS (Credit Report Online System) — the CIC’s portal at creditinfo.gov.ph where you pull your own credit report for ~₱55. Most Filipinos have never seen theirs; errors and stale entries are common, and disputing them before a loan application is free while discovering them during one costs the deal. Lesson 3.2 makes the pull the level’s first concrete act, with a re-pull diaried every 12 months.
