Flag theory — the framework (Harry Schultz → W.G. Hill lineage) of planting separate “flags” in different jurisdictions: citizenship, residency, business incorporation, banking/assets, lifestyle. Taught honestly, it’s jurisdictional diversification — 2.6’s correlation logic applied to countries: a fully single-country life is a concentrated position. Taught by the industry that monetizes it, it’s an aspiration funnel. The cheapest real second flag for a Filipino on this course’s ladder: a declared Singapore banking relationship.
