GSED

GSED (Government Securities Eligible Dealer) — a bank or broker licensed by the Bureau of the Treasury to deal in government securities. Retail investors buy RTBs at issuance and trade them afterward through a GSED’s channels (bank apps, Bonds.PH, Landbank). If you ever need to sell a bond before maturity, your GSED is where the secondary-market order goes.
