Hype scale

The hype scale is this course’s rating attached to every cited source and book: EB (evidence-based), PRACT (practitioner-grade), EDU (educational), HYPE- (useful content in oversold packaging — filter as you read), and HYPE+ (heavy filters required; mined for vocabulary or sequencing only). It exists because some genuinely useful ideas live inside hype-heavy packaging, and the honest move is to flag the packaging rather than pretend the ideas aren’t there.
