Owner hours

Owner hours — the hours per week an asset takes from its owner, tracked as a line item and priced at your best alternative rate (for this course’s learner: the agency hour). The tier’s honesty test: divide monthly net by (owner hours × 4.3) and see whether the “investment” pays a good wage or a bad one. Level 4’s design target: each installed business at ≤5 hrs/week within 12–18 months, and the whole system at ≤10 — every hour above points to an installation that isn’t finished.
