Review cadence — the fixed rhythm that keeps a multi-sleeve system honest without consuming its owner: weekly (30–60 min) pre-filtered scorecard variances and collections flags; monthly (2–3 hrs) per-entity P&L vs baseline and bank reconciliations; quarterly (a half-day “board meeting”) the full dashboard — hurdles, kill-criteria checks, dependency re-score, and at most one structural decision; annually (one day) refreshed hurdles, revalued collateral, the estate inventory, and the redrawn 0.1 balance sheet. Designed to a ≤10-hour weekly ceiling: hours above it are the dashboard telling you which installation isn’t finished.
