An SEC advisory is a public warning published by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission naming entities that are soliciting investments without authority (or otherwise misbehaving). The advisories page at sec.gov.ph is updated continuously and searching it takes ninety seconds — the single highest-value habit in Philippine investing.
