Site economics

Site economics — the portion of a small business’s return determined by its location rather than its operation: foot traffic (the vending heuristic: ~50 people/day minimum, ~100 comfortable), demographics (the laundromat’s apartment-density logic), competitor saturation, and the lease terms that decide whether the site is even yours to keep. PH pattern: mall carts earn 3–4× street carts — and pay for it in rent, so the economics must be run per-site, never per-brand.
